Bought a 2017 F150 here today. Everything was as advertised. The truck was cleaned extremely well. They had the oil changed, and new tires and brakes put on. They were extremely friendly and made the process very quick and easy. Not to mention the price was great. They do have no haggle pricing which I found to be so much easier and less stressful than trying to negotiate down from a fake price. I also appreciate them allowing us to park our large truck in their lot while we purchased the vehicle, as my wife and I drive over the road and often have trouble finding places to park while trying to do errands and such. They definitely went above and beyond thank you for hooking us up with a great new vehicle!

Outstanding experience at Stout Sales. Mark and the rest of the team at Stout Sales know how to take care of their customers. The dealership is immaculately clean and organized. The vehicle was clean, ready to go, and priced right. Happy with my new Tundra. Mark held the vehicle for us despite some bumps in getting financing. Shawn ordered a new driver side mirror glass and volunteered to have it sent to us because of a minor issue. If you are shopping for a car and want great service don’t hesitate to go to Stout Sales. After frustrating experiences reaching out to dealers and people who were selling privately owned vehicles, Stout Sales was a godsend. We worked with Mark, and he was very courteous, professional, and informative. We found this dealer to be honest and transparent, along with having great deals. Also, they treated our four-year-old son really well. I highly recommend this dealership, and I am thankful they alleviated a lot of stress for us when we were going through a stressful enough time with car shopping.

I recently purchased a 2011 f-150 from stouts and the customer service was over the top, the truck was very clean and in incredible condition and at an affordable price stouts will continue to be the only place me and my family purchase are vehicles from.

Bought this 2015 Ram a few months ago from stouts. Still running amazing so far no issues. Salesman was extremely polite and helped with all my questions. Truck had great detailing work from the test drive. The salesman didn't try to push for a warranty. Compared to my other used car dealer experiences stouts is 100% the best. If I need another truck I'll be stopping there first.

The employees are all friendly and helpful. They got me by far the best financing (rate, lender, and warranty) out of over ten other dealerships I went to previously, and made the process simple and easy. It didn’t feel like they were hiding anything, even offering some bad info on the car so I the buyer was aware of all the details. The car was immaculate and priced fairly (nothing crazy but fair)! They replace all consumables on the car before putting them on the lot, and even go so far as to fuel the car right before you leave. I’d recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a solid car at a good price!

Wanted price listed on vehicle .would not negotiate on vehicle prices.so Shawn you are saying all are marked down 2000 below book price .and it was a employee a woman who said prices was firm i had cash and wanted a little wiggle room for tax she said owner won't come down any I think that if you want to operate like a buy here pay here should state that on listing. Feel free to look at my reviews I'm honest in them .check with others if you don't believe in them . I can't help you got butt hurt over my review. And tried to discredit my reviews .I ended up getting a nicer newer truck that I payed cash from a privet owner .so thank you for not letting me make a offer it worked out better for me .

Spent 3 days trying to find a decent SUV and it was Stout for the win. Very friendly sales staff that was not pushy at all with very nice clean cars. They even filled up the gas tank for us. If your looking for a good car go check them out!
